Kendati satu pasal yang menyetarakan rokok dengan narkoba sudah dihilangkan, ia mengaku Rancangan Peraturan Pemerintah (RPP) tentang Kesehatan sebagai aturan pelaksana UU Kesehatan masih menjadi penghalang bagi industri tersebut.”Sangat penting memastikan bahwa dari sisi kebijakan, pemerintah pusat maupun daerah perlu mengupayakan untuk menjaga sektor padat karya ini demi kesejahteraan para tenaga kerja di dalamnya.
