DPR Sepakati Tujuh Nama Terpilih Anggota Badan Supervisi LPS

“Tujuh nama calon anggota BS LPS terpilih terdiri dari Farid Azhar Nasution, A.P.A Timo Pangerang, Agung Ardhianto, Suhaji Lestiadi, Eko Kusnadi, Tauhid Ahmad, dan Peni Hirjanto,” ujar Wakil Ketua Komisi XI DPR Amir Uskara dalam Rapat Paripurna DPR RI yang dipantau secara virtual diJakarta, Selasa.

Komisi XI DPR RI telah melaksanakan serangkaian kegiatan untuk memilih calon anggota BS LPS periode 2023-2028.

Pertama, rapat internal Komisi XI pada 25 September 2023 menyetujui jumlah anggota BS LPS sebanyak tujuh orang. Kedua, Komisi XI membuka pendaftaran untuk calon anggota BS LPS selama periode 10-20 November 2023 yang diumumkan di media cetak nasional.

Ketiga, pada 15 November 2023, pimpinan DPR RI mengirimkan surat kepada Menteri Keuangan (Menkeu) selaku Koordinator Komite Stabilitas Sistem Keuangan perihal permintaan nama calon anggota BS LPS dari unsur pemerintah. Pada 20 November 2023, pimpinan DPR RI telah menerima surat dari Menkeu perihal penyampaian calon anggota BS LPS dari unsur pemerintah.

“Tanggal 22 November 2023, Komisi XI DPR RI melakukan rapat internal dalam rangka verifikasi calon anggota BS LPS oleh panitia seleksi Komisi XI DPR RI terhadap 46 orang pendaftar calon anggota BS LPS dan menyetujui 38 nama calon BS LPS untuk dilanjutkan dalam uji kelayakan dan uji kepatutan (fit and proper test),” ungkap dia.

Selanjutnya, pada 22 November 2023, pimpinan DPR mengirim surat kepada Menkeu perihal permintaan tambahan nama calon anggota BS LPS dari unsur pemerintah yang kemudian dibalas oleh Menkeu pada 27 November 2023 perihal penyampaian usulan calon anggota BS LPS dari unsur pemerintah.

“Tanggal 27-28 November 2023, Komisi XI DPR RI melakukan rapat dengan pendapat umum dalam rangka uji kelayakan dan uji kepatutan terhadap 40 calon anggota BS LPS, di mana dua nama calon merupakan usulan pemerintah. Proses pemilihan calon anggota BS LPS di Komisi XI diakhiri dengan pengambilan keputusan dalam rapat internal Komisi XI pada tanggal 28 November dan dikirimkan secara musyawarah untuk mufakat, (sehingga disepakati 7 anggota BP LPS),” kata Amir.
