“Kami ada ikon khusus Bali Collection waktunya ditambah dari pukul 10 malam saat malam tahun baru sampai pukul 01.00,” kata General Manager the Nusa Dua yang dikelola ITDC I Gusti Ngurah Ardita di Kabupaten Badung, Bali, Rabu.
Para penyewa usaha (tenant) di kawasan itu, kata dia, juga dapat mengadakan kegiatan menyambut tahun baru 2024 hingga pukul 01.00 WITA.
Tujuannya, untuk memberikan semarak pergantian tahun dan memaknai kebangkitan pariwisata setelah terpuruk selama dua tahun akibat pandemi COVID-19.

“Sampai awal Desember, pemesanan hotel mulai naik, beberapa tenant sudah ada peningkatan,” imbuhnya.
Ia memperkirakan tingkat hunian kamar hotel di kawasan mewah itu saat libur Natal dan Tahun Baru 2024 mencapai rata-rata di atas 80 persen, atau melonjak dibandingkan tahun 2022 mencapai 78 persen.
Meski secara tahunan tingkat okupansi di kawasan elit itu belum menyamai atau melampaui 2019, namun berdasarkan kinerja pada semester kedua 2023 sudah menunjukkan tanda pemulihan.
Tercatat pada Oktober 2023, tingkat okupansi hotel dan vila mewah yang dikelola ITDC itu sudah mencapai 85 persen.
Kompleks akomodasi pariwisata the Nusa Dua yang dikembangkan dan dikelola ITDC pada lahan seluas 350 hektare.
