Wto Sport – Kejaksaan Negeri Dompu, Nusa Tenggara Barat menetapkan dua tersangka dalam kasus dugaan korupsi pengelolaan anggaran belanja tahun 2017 sampai 2020 pada dinas perhubungan yang menimbulkan kerugian Rp1,2 miliar.
“Dua tersangka yang kami tetapkan dalam kasus ini berinisial MM dan UWH,” kata Kepala Seksi Intelijen Kejari Dompu Joni Eko Waluyo melalui sambungan telepon dari Mataram, Senin.
Peran kedua tersangka, jelas dia, merupakan bendahara pengeluaran pada Dinas Perhubungan Dompu. Namun, keduanya menduduki jabatan pada tahun berbeda.
“Kalau MM, bendahara pengeluaran tahun 2017 sampai 2019. UWH, tahun 2020,” ujarnya.
Dia mengatakan penyidik menetapkan keduanya sebagai tersangka dengan menemukan sedikitnya dua alat bukti, salah satunya terkait kerugian negara Rp1,2 miliar hasil audit Inspektorat NTB.
Dengan menetapkan keduanya sebagai tersangka, penyidik menerapkan sangkaan Pasal 2 ayat (1), Pasal 3, Pasal 8, Pasal 9 juncto Pasal 18 ayat (1) huruf b Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana diubah dengan UU No. 20 Tahun 2001 jo. Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP.
“Terhadap kedua tersangka juga sudah kami lakukan penahanan dengan menitipkan di Lapas Kelas IIB Dompu,” ucap dia.
Kejari Dompu menangani kasus ini berawal dari hasil audit rutin Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) RI Perwakilan NTB.
Dari hasil audit, sedikitnya Rp700 juta masuk dalam temuan BPK NTB yang menyatakan tidak ada laporan pertanggungjawaban dari Dishub Dompu.
Dari dua tahun pengelolaan anggaran, muncul juga dugaan penyimpangan uang retribusi yang tidak masuk ke kas negara dengan nilai sedikitnya Rp100 juta.
