“Tersangka yakni Miswanto wargaDusun Sidomulyo Desa Suka Rakyat dan Aprayanudin warga Dusun VIII Pulopisang, Desa Timbang Lawan Kecamatan Bahorok, Kabupaten Langkat,” ujar Kepala Seksi Penerangan Hukum Kejati Sumut Yos A Tarigan di Medan, Selasa.
Ia mengatakan, penghentian penuntutan perkara humanis tersebut setelah Kepala Wakajati Muhammad Syarifuddin, Aspidum Luhur Istighfar, Kajari Langkat Mei Abeto Harahap melakukan ekspose perkara dengan Jampidum.
“Tersangka Miswanto mengalami kesulitan keuangan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomi sehari-hari yang memiliki niat untuk mengutip buah sawit milik PT PP Lonsum Bungara Estate di Desa Perkebunan Bungara, Kecamatan Bahorok seberat 10 kilogram,” tutur Yos.
Akibatnya perbuatan itu, Miswanto dijerat Pasal 111 UU No 39 Tahun 2014 tentang Perkebunan atau Pasal 107 Huruf d UU Perkebunan atau Pasal 362 KUHPidana.
Tersangka dua, kata Yos, Aprayanudin dijerat dengan sangkaan serupa karena mengutip buah sawit seberat 80 kg dari areal kebun milik PT LNK Bukit Lawang.
Proses perdamaian antara tersangka dan korban disaksikan langsung oleh tersangka dan korban, tokoh masyarakat, penyidik dari kepolisian dan jaksa penuntut umumnya.
