Wto Sport – Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kemenkominfo) melanjutkan kontrak kerja sama dengan mitra-mitra terdahulunya untuk operasional Base Transceiver Station (BTS) 4G di daerah tertinggal, terdepan, terluar (3T) sebagai upaya pemerataan infrastruktur digital nasional.
Adapun kerja sama itu dikukuhkan lewat penandatangan kontrak operation dan maintenance dengan para mitra agar pengoperasian BTS 4G yang telah dibangun dan merupakan aset dari Badan Aksesibilitas Telekomunikasi dan Informatika (BAKTI Kominfo) tetap berjalan seperti biasanya.
“Sehingga layanan sinyal dari site BTS yang telah tercatat menjadi aset BAKTI Kominfo dapat dirasakan manfaatnya oleh masyarakat secara optimal,” kata Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika Budi Arie Setiadi dalam keterangannya, Minggu.
Budi mengatakan pengukuhan kerja sama mitra-mitra terkait dengan BAKTI Kominfo sebelumnya sempat tertunda akibat adanya kasus hukum yang terjadi di pertengahan tahun 2023.
Namun setelah mengikuti berbagai rekomendasi dari Satuan Tugas (Satgas) BAKTI Kominfo yang juga melibatkan Kejaksaan Agung, maka kontrak kerja sama itu bisa dilanjutkan.
Kementerian Kominfo melanjutkan kerja sama itu dengan rincian Direktur Utama BAKTI Kominfo Fadhilah Mathar mewakili Pemerintah dan masing-masing konsorsium menunjuk perwakilannya.
Untuk konsorsium Paket 1 dan 2 dengan Kemitraan Fiberhome, Telkominfra, dan MTD diwakili oleh Deng Mingsong. Sementara Konsorsium Paket 3 dengan Kemitraan Lintasarta, Huawei, dan Sei diwakili oleh Ginandjar Alibasjah.
Terakhir untuk konsorsium Paket 4 dan 5, Kemitraan IBS dan ZTE Indonesia diwakili oleh Makmur Jaury.
Pengukuhan kemitraan antara Pemerintah dan para konsorsium penyelenggara telekomunikasi itu berlangsung dengan mulus pada Jumat (1/12).
Menkominfo menyatakan berlanjutnya kerja sama itu sejalan dengan arahan Presiden Joko Widodo agar Kementerian Kominfo bisa melanjutkan program dengan optimal dan bisa menunjukkan hasil dari pemanfaatan alokasi anggaran.
“Sesuai dengan arahan Presiden Joko Widodo, penggunaan anggaran harus sesuai dengan prosedur serta memberikan manfaat yang sepadan bagi masyarakat. Prosedur itu wajib, tapi orientasinya pada hasil, dan yang paling penting bermanfaat maksimal bagi rakyat,” katanya.
Direktur Utama BAKTI Kominfo Fadhilah Mathar menyebutkan pengukuhan kerja sama itu menjadi bentuk upaya nyata yang dilakukan lembaganya memenuhi komitmen menghadirkan layanan seluler 4G bagi masyarakat di daerah 3T secara bertahap.
Setelah melewati banyak proses dan mengikuti pendampingan serta rekomendasi dari Satgas BAKTI Kominfo akhirnya komitmen tersebut berhasil dituangkan menjadi kerja sama yang nyata.
“Kejaksaan Agung juga melakukan pendampingan dalam penyelesaian proyek ini agar taat hukum dan bebas penyimpangan. Semua itikad baik ini diejawantahkan oleh BAKTI Kominfo melalui penandatanganan kontrak ini,” kata Fadhilah.
