Wto Sport – Ketua Komisi Yudisial Republik Indonesia Amzulian Rifai menginstruksikan para Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) agar dapat bekerja secara profesional dan menghindari praktik korupsi.
“Prinsip pencegahan korupsi itu ada lima yaitu transparansi, akuntabilitas, kewajaran, SOP dan kontrol SOP,” jelas Amzulian Rifai saat memberikan ceramah hukum di Pontianak, Senin.
Ia mengatakan, ASN mempunyai peran penting dalam meningkatkan integritas dan profesionalitas untuk peradilan yang dipercaya publik, diantaranya menjadi ASN yang profesional disiplin waktu dan responsif, menjalankan prinsip-prinsip good governance serta tidak terlibat dalam tindak pidana korupsi.
“Jika hal tersebut tidak dilakukan ASN, maka akibatnya secara umum ASN ini akan berbuat apa saja asal hukuman diringankan, karir yang cemerlang berakhir dan ikut serta sebagai penyumbang peradilan yang tidak baik untuk Indonesia,” kata Rifai.
Dia mengungkapkan, sampai saat ini 48 persen anak muda Indonesia bercita-cita menjadi PNS dengan alasan yaitu sebagai profesi dambaan, status sosial tinggi dan dijaga oleh pemerintah.
“Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, pendaftaran ASN kategori Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) dan Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) 11 Oktober 2023 mencapai 2.409.882 orang,” ujarnya.
Selain itu, Rifai juga mengarahkan agar ASN selalu menjaga etika terhadap sesama karena birokrasi Indonesia tidak akan pernah membaik jika ASN bersikap arogan, ego institusi apalagi memeras terhadap sesama kolega sendiri.
“Tidak lupa saya juga mengingatkan agar ASN selalu menjalin komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik, hargai Aparat Penegak Hukum (APH) jika ada permintaan klarifikasi dan jangan dikesankan mencari kesalahan, hati-hati dalam menyatakan adanya kerugian negara serta terus melakukan evaluasi sebaik mungkin,” tuturnya.
