“Tugas para insinyur adalah meminimalkan kekurangan dan memanfaatkan kelebihan (mesinnya) semaksimal mungkin,” kata Dall’Igna.
“Para insinyur harus menemukan kompromi terbaik dari mesinnya. Mesin V4 memiliki lebih banyak kelebihan daripada kekurangan untuk digunakan di MotoGP. Oleh karena itu mesin tersebut jadi pilihan pertama.”
“Jika saya harus memutuskan lagi, saya akan memilih V4 lagi. Tapi, Yamaha juga masih bisa menang dengan inline-4,” ujarnya.
