“Sebagian mahasiswa ini sudah datang sejak beberapa hari lalu dan puncaknya pada hari ini. Untuk menyambut kedatangan mereka, Kapolda Kalbar juga sudah menyiapkan makan siang sebanyak 1200 nasi kotak untuk mereka,” kata Pipit di Pontianak, Jumat.
Petit menjelaskan bahwa siang ini telah tiba rombongan peserta dari Sulawesi Selatan dan Sulawesi Barat yang menempuh perjalanan melalui laut dan dilanjutkan melalui darat yang difasilitasi dan dikawal jajaran Polda Kalimantan Barat sekitar 1200 orang.
“Ini rombongan simpatisan Kongres HMI dan Munas Kohati sudah masuk Pontianak, Bapak Kapolda dan jajaran juga sudah menyiapkan fasilitas dan khususnya siang ini, pak Kapolda menyiapkan 1200 Kotak Makan siang menyambut kedatangan adik-adik mahasiswa dari Sulsel dan Sulbar di Asrama Haji,” katanya.
Ia juga menyebutkan bahwa ada beberapa mahasiswa dan mahasiswi yang perlu perawatan medis yang dimungkinkan kondisi tubuh yang kelelahan selama perjalanan.
“Polda Kalbar juga sudah menyiapkan Tim Kesehatan dari Bidokkes Polda Kalbar dan Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Anton Soedjarwo Pontianak dan RSUD Sudarso Pontianak, Tim Kesehatan tersebut akan monitor 24 Jam dan siap membantu apabila dibutuhkan”, katanya.
Terpantau di lokasi telah berdiri tenda penginapan depan Asrama Haji Pontianak tumpukan Kotak Nasi makan siang yang telah disiapkan berbungkus plastik merah sebanyak 1200 kotak.
“Semoga adik-adik mahasiswa bisa segera istirahat dan sehat selalu selama berada di Pontianak, ini sebagai wujud perhatian dan keseriusan bapak Kapolda Kalbar Irjen Pol Pipit Rismanto, beserta jajaran dalam menyukseskan agenda rutin HMI yaitu Konggres HMI ke XXXII dan Munas Kohati ke XXV Kota Pontianak, dan semoga semua berjalan aman dan lancar,” kata Petit Wijaya.
