Catatan tiga poin penuh juga lagi-lagi diamankan STIN BIN setelah mencetak kemenangan dengan skor 3-0 (25-16, 25-20, 25-14).
Dengan demikian STIN BIN telah mencetak 4 kemenangan dari 5 laga.
Kendati jumlah kemenangan mereka masih bisa disusul, STIN BIN masih unggul dalam koleksi poin dengan 13 poin, ekstra 1 poin dari kekalahan 2-3 melawan Palembang Bank SumselBabel.
Meski demikian, Rivan Nurmulki dkk. belum bisa benar-benar tenang kendati gelar juara sudah berada di depan mata.
Agar posisi teratas pada akhir putaran pertama mutlak berada di tangan, STIN BIN memerlukan kemenangan 3 poin lagi di pertandingan terakhir.
Artinya, STIN BIN butuh kemenangan 3-0 atau 3-1 dalam pertandingan berikutnya, pada pekan keempat di Gresik. Sejauh ini, mereka selalu berhasil melakukannya saat menang.
Adapun lawan mereka adalah Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi, runner-up musim lalu yang tersandung awalan buruk hingga mengganti pelatih.
Jika gagal, STIN BIN harus menunggu hasil tim lainnya.
Bank SumselBabel dan juara bertahan, Jakarta LavAni Allobank Electric, masih bisa mengudeta karena menyimpan satu pertandingan lebih banyak.

Kekalahan atas Bank SumselBabel pada pekan kedua di Semarang menjadi bahan evaluasi. Ryan menambahkan bahwa seluruh tim yang berlaga tidak bisa dianggap remeh.
“Termasuk menghadapi Garuda Jaya, kami bermain serius,” tambah pelatih asing asal Jepang itu dalam siaran pers dari PBVSI.
Garuda Jaya merupakan tim debutan dan berisi pemain-pemain muda yang diproyeksikan untuk mengisi skuad timnas U-20 Indonesia di AVC Challenge Cup dan Kejuaraan Asia U-20 2024.
Adapun Bhayangkara Presisi memiliki materi pemain-pemain berpengalaman, termasuk mereka yang wara-wiri memperkuat timnas senior seperti halnya STIN BIN.
Skuad Bhayangkara nyaris komplet di berbagai lini dengan Fahreza Rakha selaku libero, Nizar Julfikar di posisi setter, Hernanda Zulfi dan Yuda Mardiansyah Putra sebagai middle blocker.
Sementara untuk tugas menyerang, mereka menaruh kepercayaan kepada Rendy Tamamilang plus dua legiun asing yaitu Daudi Okello dan Noumory Keita.
Keita menjadi amunisi anyar Bhayangkara musim ini.
Meski datang terlambat karena masih tampil di Liga Voli Italia bersama Rana Verona pada pekan pertama Proliga, Keita tak butuh waktu lama untuk menunjukkan terornya.
Keita segera nangkring di puncak klasemen top skor Proliga 2024. Pemain asal Mali tersebut kini sudah mengimbangi total poin Rivan dengan 91 poin.
Wajar apabila Farhan Halim selaku pemain andalan STIN BIN lainnya telah mewaspadai kekuatan Bhayangkara sejak kedatangan Keita pada pekan kedua di Semarang.
“Bhayangkara nambah Keita jadi lebih komplet dari segi servis, receive, blok. Lebih komplet dan lebih banyak pilihan mungkin,” ucap Farhan pada Sabtu (4/5/2024).
“Tapi ya kami pasti ada evaluasi. Mereka pasti ada kekurangan, setiap tim pasti ada kekurangan, kami cari di sini.”
“Semua pemain pasti diwaspadai, gak hanya 1 atau 2 pemain,” imbuh sosok yang ikut membela Bhayangkara saat menjadi runner-up Kejuaraan Voli Antar-klub Asia 2023 ini.
