Telkom Komitmen Bagikan Dividen Capai 80 Persen Laba Tahun Buku 2023

Wto Sport – Perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) bidang telekomunikasi PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) berkomitmen akan membagikan dividen mencapai 60- 80 persen dari laba bersih tahun buku 2023.

“Kami masih memiliki guideline dividen payout ratio (DPR) yang sama dengan tahun-tahun sebelumnya pada kisaran antara 60- 80 persen, tentunya menjaga balance antara investasi dan juga posisi balance sheet Telkom yang sehat,” ujar Direktur Keuangan dan Manajemen Risiko Telkom Heri Supriadi dalam Public Expose Live 2023 di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Jakarta, Kamis.

Heri mengatakan, dengan kinerja operasional dan keuangan yang sehat, ditambah adanya investasi baru ke segmen data center, akan membuat perseroan dapat meningkatkan dividen per share pada tahun buku 2023.

Menurutnya, saat ini perseroan masih konsisten dengan proyeksi kinerja keuangan yang akan tumbuh dari low to mid single digit pada akhir tahun 2023 ini.

“Kita harapkan tentunya bisa meningkatkan dividen per share untuk para pemegang saham kita atas laba bersih pada tahun buku 2023,” ujar Heri.

Sementara itu, Direktur Strategic Portfolio Telkom Budi Setyawan Wijaya mengatakan saat ini Telkom melalui anak usahanya Telkom Data Ekosistem sedang mengelola operasionalisasi Hyperscale Data Center Cikarang dan membangun Hyperscale Data Center Batam.

Ia menjelaskan, perseroan yang saat ini memiliki sebanyak 32 fasilitas data center sedang melihat peluang untuk menangkap potensi permintaan pasar dan memperkuat posisi sebagai pemain data center terbesar di Indonesia bahkan Asia Tenggara.

Hingga kuartal III-2023, Telkom membukukan pendapatan yang tumbuh 2,2 persen year on year (yoy) menjadi Rp111,2 triliun, yang ditopang oleh pertumbuhan Layanan Data, Internet & IT sebesar 4,8 (yoy) menjadi senilai Rp63,4 triliun.

EBITDA perseroan tercatat senilai Rp59,1 triliun, dengan EBITDA margin 53,1 persen, atau meningkat dari 52,2 persen pada semester I- 2023.

Kemudian, laba bersih perseroan tumbuh 17,6 persen (yoy) menjadi senilai Rp19,5 triliun selama periode tersebut.

Hingga September 2023, Telkom telah merealisasikan belanja modal (capex) senilai Rp22,1 triliun atau 19,9 persen dari total pendapatan, yang difokuskan pada pengembangan infrastruktur jaringan telekomunikasi demi pengalaman digital pelanggan yang lebih baik.
